I have á nintendo ds lite, and i wanted to sell it to buy my 3ds, but my cousin played it and then he spoiled it! And now the upper screen doesn't work!

What do you think is the problem?
Do you think that any store could buy it?

actually gamestop did take my friends broken ps3 without noticing it was broken, but it didnt have a visual mark on it, just broken on the inside. So they deff wont take the 3DS
