OMG, guess why I lost my Mod powers on a game?

I warned a guy 3 TIMES for making Duplicate spam threads, so then I give him a 1 day ban, then he comes on a ALT and said "ogm whyyy ammm i bannedeed foorr nootthing" (Not really, he didn't say that, but it sounded stupid and annoying liek that.). And then I say "I DON'T CARE,YOU SPAMMED, WAIT 1 DAY". I loose my Mod powers over that. -_-
