New Zealand.
I've been all around the world, but that place specifically is absolutely gorgeous and I've heard nothing but wonderful things about it. I had a cruise planned that would take me around there and Australia, but schedule conflicts forced it to be canceled.

Sometime in the future I definitely intend to reach that part of the world, either with my family for college graduation or with my own kids.
