I haven't had a Ds until the Nintendo 3ds came out

So i was thinkin since there are few 3ds games out now that are worth playing i would invest in a Pokemon game... (haven't played one since red, blue, yellow)

I can't decide which I want tho and the differences are not very clear. I do know that obviously the two versions have different legendaries (duh).

What i really wanted to understand is:

1) are the whole games cities more rural in white (urban in black) or is it JUST the two cities that are different (black city white forest)

2) which is better (in your guy's opinions) Im kinda feel like I should go with WHITE for the extra 32 pokemon (i mean why would i buy the game with less pokemon?)

1.) Only two cities are different. Black City/ White Forest, and the Town with the 8th Gym. I cant quite remember the towns name, but I've seen both versions, and they are WAY different in terms of looks.

2.) I have White, and I'm glad i got it instead of Black. If you want to get a ton of Pokemon, or complete the Pokedex, You should DEFINITELY get White, since you dont have any 4th gen games to transfer Pokemon from.

One more question I heard about tho

Some people say there is a catch to pokemon white, as in you have to have "friends" or beat the game really fast to be able to catch pokemon there? Is this true, or basically HOW DOES CATCHING POKEMON IN WHITE FOREST WORK?

I have both versions and I say get White. Why? Because Reuniclus is amazing

In both black forest AND white city, you have to be able to expand them. They start out very small, with only a few pokemon, and every time you connect with a friend and they visit your game's white forest or black city, it expands.

Each time it expands, the following happens:

Black: More trainers appear
White: You can battle even more wild pokemon

Black City is definitely more useful for those wanting to train their pokemon to lvl 100 for competitive battling, but both versions have trainers with lvl 70+ pokemon throughout the game that you can battle once a day. White forest is more useful for those wanting to catch many older, more retro pokemon.

White version also has much better exclusive pokemon.

So I definitely think White is the better game.

Can you get people to connect to your white forest or black city from the internet if i dont know anybody else who plays pokemon???

I prefer white, I like the forest, Zekrom is sick, and Thunderous is pretty as well.
