How do I get my soul silver pokemon on my pokemon white game. Sorry for such a dumb question.

you have to beat pokemon white and go to that game and try to catch them with a bow and pokeballs

you need two DS systems and trade them via wireless on the second floor of the pokemon centers. I think Shabu was trying to troll you XD

I tried going into the wireless union room with 2 ds and I couldnt find either of my guys.

Shabu was right. You use a bow with pokeballs.

You can't trade you're Pokémon between the games, you can however send you're Pokémon from HG/SS to Black and White. You do need to have finished the story and go to Route 15, there is the Pokémon Transfer Lab, talk to the Professor's there and they will explain how to send you're Pokémon to Black/White...

Bu be just a warning in advance, you're Pokémon can not be send back though!
