OHAI

Basically, ima gonna get portal 2 for pc, but there's a couple of questions I have.
1: Will i need steam to run the game? I don't have a steam account (i can set one up though)
2: DO i need steam for multiplayer or can i do another way?

Answers would be nice, and (for the noobs) please don't don't say OMG DIS IS FREEDEE-ESS FORAMS NO TORK ON UVA GAEMES!!
Because that is dumb, and has happened before on mah threads

I dont know the answers to either question but.... I would buy the PS3 Version of Portal 2 if I were you. Even if you dont own a PS3... You get the Steam Version of Portal 2 for free when you buy the PS3 version. So buy it, redeem your free Steam Portal 2, then sell the PS3 version for profit!

You can wait patiently and buy it like a good member of society.

So i buy ps3 version which = 32.91 quid (pound sign broken on my keyboard :P)
It depends how much i can sell the original for. I doubt they will give me a full refund if I've claimed the steam game.
Hmm, steam would take ages to download. Also, i was on my brothers laptop who has steam, and i found portal 1 was free because he had bought the orange box (disk, not steam), so i think that will happen with the pc one as well, if you buy the disk and register it with your account, you can download for free anyway. Mebbe.
