| Well, you tell me. Which one of these do you think is better/recommend? I like the PSP Go because of its portability, and I don't mind downloading my games. But the analog stick looks like its in an awkward location... I like the PSP 3000 because of its controls, and it has UMDs. However, its a little big to carry around... I just can't decide!!! What do you guys think? ![]() Right is 3000, left is Go. Last edited by Slaphappy1996; 05-20-2011 at 10:40 PM. |

I would say the 3000 though I've only seen one twice in my entire life.

3000. It can play UMD's. The Go fills to small. Kind of like it would snap real easily. The analog nub feels better on the Go though.

I traded in my PSP 3000 for my PSP Go, so I vote for PSP Go. It's far more portable, the button layout is better, the analog nub especially is better, no UMD's!, and it feels a lot more comfortable. But don't get me wrong, the PSP 3000 is cheaper and has a bigger game library. Either one is good, it just depends. The PSP 3000 is the most economical choice, but the PSP Go is better designed and more comfortable.

If you want to make the most for your money, go with the 3000. If you're willing to lose some cash over some luxury, go with the Go. |

It's worth noting, however, that the NGP will not play UMD's. So if you get a PSP Go, all the games you buy you can still play on the NGP, but not if you get a PSP 3000. This doesn't matter if you won't get an NGP, of course, but it's still something to consider. I did when I got my PSP Go, and I'm happy I'll still have some classic PSP games when I move on to the NGP. |

There's some good PSP games that aren't downloadable on the Go, so I say 3000.
