Finally 3ds has something better than Vita :-)

After a string of good news, this is a bummer. But the 3DS doesn't exactly beat this. You need an SD card on the 3DS if you want to store stuff.

It's the same price as the 3DS so it's not like it's really expensive. It does seem strange to me though that they wouldn't include some internal memory.

my 3ds had 13000+ blocks of memory and if i bougjht a vita i have none

plus nintendo uses multipurpose sd cards - huge plus

looks like sony mught be making their own more expensive format

having to buy extras that are standards with your competitor makes it more expensive

We don't know if Sony will include a Memory Stick.

Price internal memory is pricy as hell, it can add for about 16gb another 30 dollars extra. If they need to cut its there.

The saves and dlc's can go on cartridges. they probably add some 4gb stick with it or 2gb. but if you wanna move further you will have to get one.

So yes this adds extra to the cost, but at the other end. you are not forced to pay a standard additional amount that you need to buy with your device. You can now simple just choose whatever internal story you want.

i rather have this and 250 euro, then 16gb internal and 299 price tag. no ty.

meh, I got 2 memory sticks already I'm sure I can appropiate one for it no problem. plus it's never bothered me not having internal memory on a handheld where I expect as little moving parts as possible.

So its the Wii U of the handheld world. Nice. inb4 rationalizations this is still a good thing.
