Microsoft own them now. Nintendo will never get them back. Everyone from the Nintendo days has quit and Microsoft were left to hire new developers for the team. If Nintendo did capture Rareware back, their would be noone from the original days, so whats the point? |

IMO Rare's last good game was Conkers bad fur day. After that their games started going down hill, so Nintendo is not really missing out on much.

Their last game was Kinect Sports. The original founders have left the company. Nintendo has no reason to buy them back.
