Question #1: In RE3D for krauser, will you be able to have the mutated arm ability like in RE4?

Question#2: I have noticed that in the skills trailer for RE3D, i saw albert wesker running very fast, almost like a supernatural ability, would this mean that each character has their own special ability?

No one knows much about re3d other than it costs 40 bucks
has guns has missions and Funnily enough zombies!
