It's an internet forum for discussing the Nintendo 3DS, and as such the forums are mainly centered around the console. There are also subforums for discussing topics other than the 3DS.

I think I've explained enough, check the FAQ for any more questions you may have or simply ask another member or a member of staff.

It's a forum, you come here to talk about various topics. The main one being the Nintendo 3DS and it's games and accessories. You go into a topic read it and post your input on the subject. It's like a chatroom but better.
