Exclamation Tomita sued Nintendo????
Tomita Technologies just sued Nintendo this morning for patent infringement because of the steroscopic glasses free 3d, but Nintendo did'nt even make the screen!!!The odd thing is is that Tomita didint sue Nintendo when the handheld was announced over a year ago and Tomita hasent even manufactured a 3d screen since they filed for patent in 2003!!!This is all a bunch of crap....

Oh don't worry, you'll get used to all these anouncements about Nintendo being sued. It would appear it's a current trend.
