Ok, so I was updating to iOS 4.3.2 and then after extracting the firmware on my phone iTunes pops up with an error message and now my phone just keeps telling me to plug my phone into my computer to synch to iTunes but iTunes won't recognize it.

What do I do?

Added after 14 minutes:

Apple - Support - Contact Apple Support

How convenient, their support for iPhones is done over the phone.

Hope you had your phone backed up like a normal person would. Because you need to restore from a backup.

I do. Everytime I plug it in I restore it just in case something goes wrong. iTunes won't recognize it for some reason though.

No what I get for supporting is nothing. I am not supporting Apple, Apple just supplied me with a great device. The problem was my computer, not my iPhone. My computer made an error when updating and screwed up my phone. I managed to get it, I had to update my computer.

Have you tried holding Sleep buttons, and home buttons while it being connected to your computer?
