Exactly what the title says. Peter Dickson, who is working on the European localization of Xenoblade, recently posted on his site that the game would be coming out in Fall 2011 in the UK, Europe, and North America. Seems pretty probable that he would know such a thing and would accidentally blurt it out. So yeah. Awesome news. why dont they just add subs

Subs are for suckers who don't have voice actors. Also, subs are annoying. Having to stare at the bottom of the screen to know what's happening makes you miss out on the real action.

I agree, Samurai warriors have subs and when in battle you have to be doing combos while reading and it can be very annoying.

I have been hoping that this game would come to the U.S., but I was afraid to get my hopes up. It looks really good from the trailers.
