Question Ways To Pass Time When Waiting

Alright guys good news. I was told that I will get my gaming computer someday this year, my parents are working out a deal with me where if I keep getting my good grades I earn credits toward the PC. Bad news? I have to wait, likely until my birthday if I did the math right. So I wanted to know, what do you all do when you literally cannot contain yourself with anticipation?

Glad to hear you'll be foraying into the territory of PC Gaming!

When I'm mad hype about something I try my best to not think about it. That way, when said awesome event happens, it'll be that much more intense to behold.

I kinda think of it as a game. I ignore the fact of the bigger goal, and split up the waiting in "checkpoints" so to speak. Say "oh well this day, I go to a friends house for laser tag" or "today I get spring break". That way, it feels like you are waiting for the shorter events, instead of the waiting until your birthday or something.

Did this for the 3ds, and the days went by fast.

Be bored and smash your face on your keyboard until the day comes. JK

Get bussy with sth else. If you have a console you should start playing a game you like on that until your birthday comes. When I was waiting to get my 3DS I started playing games on my PSP while waiting(that was one week waiting though since I had enough money saved but no time to go downtown XD)

Well, when I am looking forward to something, whether it be a video game or a new piece of tech, I like to look at videos of said item. Unboxings, reviews, etc. It helps to keep me hyped up and helps pass the time.

Or you could read a book. No really. That's what I do half the time while I'm at work.
