I think this new series is great. It has good gameplay, improved graphics (not that I care) and I love how you have more opportunities to battle people! The only thing is the new pokemon (except for Purrloin, Liepard, ect.) because I don't think they put a lot of effort into them ..... Anyways, what do YOU think?

Yes, the game is good, but a LITTLE bit of the pokemon aren't really that good, but I don't really care that much. :P

I think think they should have been launch titles for the 3DS because it's just done really bad in Japan and lost to the PSP, this time without help from the PSP go.

I completely agree. I've loved Pokemon ever since Red but playing Black makes me feel like I'm experiencing it for the first time all over again. They succeeded.
BUT
-It needs to be longer. All Pokemon games need to be longer!
-I wish the online features had of been ready for the release. I'm dying of............................anticipation.

I think that they should have taken a bit more time in creating the pokemon I don't see why they have to make a pokemon from an Ice Cream Cone or a pokemon made from a Chandelier or a pokemon like a polar bear but with 5 spikes coming from his private area. Oh and the new pokemon that's almost identical to the awesome Metagross.

It's really stupid I looked at all the pokemon of the new generation and picked out all the pokemon I find that are worthy of my liking and there isn't much but besides that factor I really did like the gameplay and the new features.

this generation is the best yet, and i love that they finally gave a bit of motion to the pokemon instead of their static pictures. you can also tell by looking at all the polygonal elements added in that they're testing the waters with ideas for what they might do on the 3DS with the next generation. For instance, whenever you go into a gym or one of the elite 4, there's always some kind of polygonal 3d action going on, or when you get a badge how the case and badge have to come up close to the camera and rotate and do all that stuff. I can't wait to see what they do in the next gen on the 3DS. But this game is so good and there's so many freaking pokemon to be had, I probably won't even have a moment where im actually waiting, lol. I'll be too busy trying to complete everything. Much like with HG/SS...i STILL haven't gotten enough golden leaves to make a freaking crown for my Ho-oh.

For year totals the 3DS is ahead of everything. Also it has so few games. Once it gets games it will sell better.

Come June the 3DS will be kicking the PSP's butt again.

I'm ticked off that you can't catch many Pokemon from older regions. I don't want to have to juggle two games just to get 95% of pokemon available.

Yeah I agree with this 100% I had to get some of the old Pokemon on my team because I hated the new ones so much.
