Which of these do you do (or don't) use on your Wii Remote?

EDIT: And without strap means you never use, not just you don't use it unless it's baseball or sword-fighting.

I don't use the strap. I just have one Wiimote, a red one with a red sleeve on it.

I use my girlfriends Wiimotes to pay fetch with her dog.
No strap-on.
