I'm looking to buy a new smartphone, but can't decide which one. I've been looking at phones ranging from iPhone 4, HTC Thunderbolt, Atrix 4G, Evo 4G and others. I want a phone with good apps, fast processor and a lot of features and a pretty good battery life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anything 4G, and the Evo is pretty cool. I've played with one before

I have the Thunderbolt. My wife does as well. It is a remarkable piece of tech. If you do manage to get a bad one, it happens: mine dropped data and calls, they give you a new phone instead of a refurb, because it is new.

I rooted mine and my wife's and with my existing tweaks, it has exceptional battery life with normal use and being overclocked.

Go with the Thunberbolt or Evo (Almost the same thing), I have something just like it (HTC Aria) only on a different network. Getting an iPhone 4 would be a waste since the iPhone 5 is right around the corner.

That's good to hear. I was reading a lot of customer reviews for it saying the battery life was terrible.

I was thinking about getting iPhone 4, but I know Apple releases a New Iphone every year. But usually around June. iPhone 5 won't come out until September.

I'm thinking of getting the HTC Evo shift, but I don't know yet. I'm so indecisive. I'm also wanting a smart phone with a good battery life.

The crappy thing about upgrading your phone is that, right after you get it, a better one will come out.

Iphone 4, had an iphone since they were released and love them. But then again I am an apple fanboy so take my advice with a grain of salt.

If you want Android then HTC Evo

If you want WP7 then the HTC Arrive, its what I have. Its the best WP7 handset right now.

typically I would say iOS, but the Atrix 4G is the most impressive phone on the market, and it is what I plan on getting to replace my Iphone 3G as my primary phone.
