as you know i haven't been on the forums for such a long time... i came back because i wanted to see Kurtiss so tell me, what'd i miss that went on in the forums? Blues is mod... i didn't see that coming. but i better enjoy the first mods (Baroque, Kurtiss, Rollo, and SERT) because they were always there, well not rollo, so you knew who you were talking to. just earlier i was talking to bonbon and there was no possible way of telling that this random member who just became mod after a rlly long time of being on these forums was a mod.. he doesn't seem like a mod... so yeah just tell me what went on while i didn't feel like logging on for a year.

I haven't seen those moderators on the forums lately. All I know is that Blues is now a mod.

blu, bonny, and logitech if he accepted/accepts, are now super moderators.
Foobrew is not. Which baffles me. He's my friend and I thought he was doing a great job.

Just from my own observation, I'm under the impression that mods aren't picked so much for their potential and "professional" mod abilities, but rather the amount of time they spend here and in the chatbox. It seems more important to choose a moderator who they know will be here a lot of the time, rather than having one who they know will take care of problems well. That's not to say that they don't want a mod who will do their job well, and yes, it's important to want a mod who will be here a lot, but criteria #1 seems to be how much time the user tends to be here.

Again, that's just from my own observation and my experience with the folks who have been graced with mod status since I began posting here. These new mods can turn out to be absolutely great, which is obviously what we all hope for. I just know that I have very low hopes for one of them in particular, based on their behavior and actions in the past. We shall see.
