David's 3DS site had a Facebook page. It had more than 150 000 fans, and I was going to this FB page more often than on this forum. The community was decent.

But I see it's gone now. Did Nintendo take it out since they made official Facebook pages? Did David (or this page's admin) delete this page by himself?

Oh wow. Don't know what happened. Maybe he was told to cease and desist.

Wow... Did Nintendo make him take it down, or did he just decide to?

That page was epic we all knew eachother and David gave lots of Info >;@

This gives me an idea.

Since now it lacks a decent Facebook 3DS community, I'm thinking of making a new open FB group (not a fan page), where people can do the same stuff they did on the deleted fan page.

What do you think?

oh wow.. i was just on that page earlier this morning... the sense of community was great on that page. that's a shame it's gone now..

What I see now is that the official Nintendo 3DS fan page (http://www.facebook.com/Nintendo3DS) has now more than 150 000 fans! Yesterday it had a bit more than 60 000.

But the bad thing about this page is the lack of a possibility to post on the wall by ourselves, so no community.

Shame that it got removed anyone got any ideas about why it was removed?

LOL! I just wondered why David makes so much advertisement for Nintendo of America in Facebook until I clicked on the page and noticed that it wasn't Davids Nintendo 3DS page.

Did Nintendo just take Davids group with all fans? Because I cannot remember that I joined the official Nintendo 3DS Facebook page, but Davids. Or did they a forced group merge? What has happened? Mods, David? Any official statement?

Now it is just Nintendo 3DS | Facebook.
