I'd feel a bit sorry for people buying the white iPhone 4 now that the iPhone 6 is being planned for June next year. For those who don't know the picture, here it is:

The iPhone 5 will come out in the Fall, and it will be a model universal to all carriers, has slight upgrades to display and cameras and will contain Apple's A5 Dual-Core processor. In every other way, it will be the iPhone 4.

It's being reported that we won't see a different design for the iPhone until 6 which would most likely release June of next year.

If you're thinking "it's not a big deal. I'll take 5," keep in mind that Apple basically abandons primary support for any design 2 generations behind or further.

There isn't confirmation that anyone other than AT&T and Verizon will get it either.

Plus it's better than people buying 6 month old android phones, those things may already be abandoned.

i just bought an iphone 4 last week, black of course

i know that the 5 is coming out in the fall, but - i didnt want to wait until then and the iphone 4 does everything i need, so im cool with it being outdated in a bit

they carry value really well anyways, so if i really want to update to a 5 or 6 in a bit i can get a couple hundred for my 4, pay the early upgrade fee and get something new
