I know it may be a given by now, but Nintendo's next system, Wii U, is officially getting Netflix for the system.

I'm assuming Netflix doesn't exist in Japan, right? It makes me wonder why Nintendo seems to have a rather strong relationship with them.

This summer it's supposed to come out on the 3ds too. A lot of devices have netflix.

because the other 2 companies have netflix on them too

because they decided to have instant watching online for whoever is subbed to them and then it got expanded and other companies say it as a good business opportunity
