According to IGN WiiU has the most confusing unveiling ever
Besides Daemon Hatfield awful spanish LOL, this may be true considering we dont know much about it, specifically about if it can handle more than to touch controllers, online specs, etc.

Will Nintendo reveal more about their new baby while it gets released? Did they do good to show it at e3 or shuold have they waited for next year?

all that says about the wii u is the talk about the rumor of 2 wii u controllers

I don't see what was so confusing about it really. Just a lack of information. Since it's over a year away from it's release I wouldn't expect to learn many details. They will probably still have next E3 to announce stuff about the console before it releases.

i disagree...3DS was announced a year before releasing, and we knew about the 3d with no glasses, we got 1st party games announced, they told about e-shop and upcoming updates for 3d video, online gaming, improved graphics, and even its price!

3DS was "officially" announced less than a year from release, while Wii U will probably have been announced over a year before release.

Or, to use industry precedent, this announcement of the Wii U is more akin to the Wii's showing at E3 2005 rather than the Wii's showing at 2006. Details are at a minimum and it's more about pitching a concept than specifics.

Yeah, but like I said, they will probably be showcasing it at next E3 before it will be released. The 3DS only had 1 E3 before it's release because we knew it was coming before March 31.

it was overblown like everything nintendo now and days. any idiot with a brain should have known it was a new console and that they were just showing what the controller can do. to think the top industry analyst were confused... and they are suppose to be the pro's?????
