The acoustic version she was doing in the video was better than the actual song.
And no, Friday isn't the worst song ever, on any level.

Even though I think the song is kinda dumb, I guess after seeing this interview I feel kinda bad for bashing on her. And yeah, it's not the worst song I've ever heard.

I find the song great in a humorous sort of charming way but I don't really respect it that much as as song. It's definitely memorable anyway. Telling her to go cut herself is going way way too far.

The whole act of singing "It's friday friday, gotta get down on friday" on every friday will be passed down through generations to come. Future writers and psychologists will ponder the age old question of whether to sit in the front seat or the back seat.

Meh...the song isn't...'good" by any means. Even when it's auto-tuned it sounds like she's talking through the whole thing...guess it isn't the worst song ever but...still doesn't make it any better >_>

It certainly isn't the worst song I've ever heard and I honestly feel bad for her. The internet is a really harsh place.
