Yeah, that will run crysis damned fine at 1680x1050 with pretty much maxed out settings.

The GPU is the weak point, i had slowdown with a ATI 5870. You will have to play with lower res to get things running smooth, CRYSIS 2 should be no problem its less demanding. |

Well, to be completely honest, that's actually my big brothers laptop, not mine. I asked about that laptop because I was about to go out and by my laptop and I needed to know. I bought my laptop (ordered it actually, should come in a few weeks) but since I haven't received it yet, I can't use the site that one of you suggested. So I will just tell you the specs and see whether or not you guys think it will be able to run crysis: Laptop: Alienware M15X Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Processor: Intel Core I7-940XM Processor (2.13 GHz, turbo boost up to 3.33 GHz) Memory: 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM Video Card: 1GB DDR3 ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 Would that laptop work? |
