Recently I saw some forum posts disparage the Wii console library - which is fine, I mean, but I was like - oh really? I love the Wii, and I love platform games! What are your top 10 Wii games, threads like this are fun cause they give us all ideas on whcih games to buy next!

10 DKCReturns beats the crap out of the bland SNES platformers!
9 Punch Out Wii - perfection?
8 Excitebots - what a great racer - wild and fast - true VIDEOGAME!
7 Monster Hunter Tri - its fun to explore, I like the quests!
6 Twilight Princess - the IR aiming adds a lot to a very solid 3-d Zelda title!
5 Kirby Epic Yarn - this game shocked me, not a Kirby fan!
4 New Super Mario - its not Mario 3 awesome, but it is a great game!
3 Mario Galaxy 2 - game is pretty sweet, see also Mario Glaxy 1!
2 MKWii - I am a 8500+ vr racer and I love this game!
1 Wii Sports/Wii Resort - Wii Sports = best game of this gen, I cheated and put both to fill up more spots!

10- MadWorld -- BLOOOOD
9- Wii Sports/WS Resort - Overall fun games, can't go wrong with them.
8- WarioWare: Smooth Moves - Best. Party Game. Ever.
7- Super Mario Galaxy/SMG 2 - Exceeds Mario fans' expectations
6- No More Heroes/NMH 2 - Amazing action games, also MORE BLOOOOD
5- Kirby's EpicYarn - I don't know why, but this game is AMAZING.
4- Donkey Kong Country Returns - I loved the SNES DKCs, but this was one of the best things I'd ever played.
3- LoZ: Twilight Princess - Easily comparable to OoT and MM. Zelda is always amazing.
2- Super Smash Bros. Brawl - It's hard to put into words, but this game is so great. I still play it all the time. I continue to enter tournaments, pull all-nighters, etc. and it never gets old.
1- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption/Metroid Prime Trilogy - Beautiful. The only FPS I've truly enjoyed on the Wii, and the best combination of FPS and Adventure I've ever seen.

Also, all of these, top 3 especially, had amazing soundtracks. I would go more into detail, but I don't feel like typing paragraph after paragraph like I usually end up doing :P

SNES DK = bland? Nonsense. Just outdated.
