Surely you guys would've had at least one odd or sometimes disgusting thing happen to you in a restaurant?

Well, I was in Subway recently, and a random family chose the table next to mine. Now, I normally wouldn't have any problems with this, but this family ate like slobs, they were seriously eating like it was their last meal or something.

I haven;t experienced that at a restaurant...

I haven't really had any weird experiences. But I do remember this one time when me and my brother stopped by McDonald's once, the floor was just cleaned. We got our food, walked to a table, then my brother got up to get straws and because of the wet floor, he slipped. (I laughed out loud :P Oh, and there was no WET FLOOR sign either). Then the manager came out and got us free fries. lol

One time my family and I were at the state fair, and we stopped to get fries at a little restaurant (don't know if you really call it a restaurant, it was a vendor-type place under a large tent style thing. I know, great description *rolls eyes*.), and we heard a large explosion in the kitchen, apparently something went wrong with the gas oven, no one was hurt thankfully.

That is the only story I have that really stands out, really.

I went to a D'Angelo's at a hospital and one of the sandwich makers decided to reheat her lunch. She forgot to take off the tinfoil before putting it in the microwave and the whole thing just burst into flames o_______o" Luckily, somebody doused the thing with his/her water bottle

Well, my story is actually about a pub, hope it still counts! xD
anyways, my band was playing there live and afterwards we were just chilling at a table, drinking and stuff. When the waitress came to give our drummer and me our drinks her tray already had a few empty bottles on it and she accidentally tilted it. A bottle of coca cola began falling right in front of me BUT I somehow managed to catch it in mid-air O_o Talk about fast reflexes lol~
She thanked me like a million times afterwards XD and apparently she liked our performance and gave the whole band free drinks ^-^b

sorry, the story ain't really extraordinary but that's all I can think of atm :]
