I dont know if this has happened to any of you but currently not more than two minutes ago I started up mk7 and I just got a new kart peice and I cant get off the selection screen even if I press home. Whats going on?

Its a little glitch, I think a few members have complained about it before. Try holding off maybe.

I"ve seen people with the glitch on YouTube, I think you have to turn off your 3DS.

This has happened to me once.

I just turned off my 3DS and restarted the system and reboot the game.

This constantly happens to me. Unfortunately, you will have to hold down the power button until the system shuts off, then reboot it.

Weirdly, it never happened to me once while unlocking stuff.

I'm pretty sure my home button worked when that happened to me; it happened a few times.

Okay so it took awhile but it finally turned off thank you for taking the time to discuss this problem.

I think it's just because you earned a kart piece and then turned the game off before it announced that you earned it. It did it to me once. After I had been online and turned it off before it returned to the title screen.
