SirJDL -- we can't add you in the tournament -- you *have* to be an active employee and they verify employment, so you're literally not allowed to participate unless you get a job working there before March 4th and then join on your own

also, the "gamestop prize" they're giving is a Mario Kart Trophy and $500 worth of the 2012 3DS games

there will be 32 winners, one from each employment district

I have seen someone race around the course going through walls and suck, no lag though. Its like the cheat from MK DS, when you can drive anywhere.

I won in my region. I had one guy boost with five people from his store and every time I would join everyone quit.

Unfortunately there is no rules against boosting. It clearly states that anyone can play as many times as they please. It also states that no one is forcing you to play. I'm sure most regions won by boosting. I know why you had someone from Haiti. The problem with these tournaments is that anyone can join the room who you faced against or is in your friends list.

I won my region as well, but have not heard anything back from corporate to confirm anything. Anyone heard anything from Gamestop?

ive heard nothing either on my end -- i told my manager to keep a look out today in the emails on the POS (i'm off today) -- i'll post on here if i hear anything (you all do the same if you hear something too, just so we all know)

also yeah, everyone can boost one another, its the most ridiculous setup for a tournament ever. lol. at least we won.
