I heard that B Dasher and Slick Wheels are the best but I don't know that's just what I heard.

I really like the train with wooden wheels, also the cloud cart with slicks does well for me. Birthday girl with mushroom tires and the princess glider thingy is kinda cool. I like to match the carts to the character so my choices are based more on appearance than stats but I do pretty well anyway.
