The world 6 boss was annoying first time I played it so I think its pom pom depending on your surroundings. If not then Dry Bowser.

Altough Shadow Mario is not a boss, I HATE HIM SO MUCH. Whatever, I have to say Dry Bowser.

Pom-Pom AND Boom-Boom together in the FINAL stage, took soooo long just to beat them, the actually stage was still fairly difficult

If you counted Shadow Mario as a boss that would be it 100% I hate that little bastard!
