Black woman stereotypically going "WOAAAH... that's crazy!"

Why does my gut instinct tell me Nintendo wrote a script for this? Not that the 3D isn't amazing, but it just seems so forcceddddddd.

It's not about portraying the 3DS accurately when it comes to advertising, it's about catching attention.These adverts do just that.
