Edit: Oh, Tumblr has been updated with one new card, again, used original artwork so it looks great!

Excellent, excellent work! Are you using Adobe Illustrator or something else? I'd love to help out with this project - I use Photoshop and Illustrator on a daily basis at my job and have access to a VAST font library. If you can get me a REALLY high-resolution scan of the missing font for the type of card, I can probably figure out what it is. If you could scan each different type of card that would be best, and if worse comes to worst, I could always re-draw the type.

If whatthefont forums can't find the font your probably **** outta luck. Wouldn't be to hard to redrew all the individual letters as vectors and make them into a font though...

Hello everybody, allow me to introduce the Kid Icarus Uprising AR Card Project. Since Nintendo is making it impossible to collect these cards, we have to pull together to assemble a full set we can all share.

Drop your AR cards on a scanner, all together is okay. Scan at 300 dpi. Please don’t crop too closely, I want to be able to see the edges of the cards. Then, send the file to me! An e-mail attachment to kiuarproject@gmail works best, but anything else is fine too!

The project is still in progress and probably will be until we finish all the cards!
Just please be patient, as im doing this between everything (job, girlfriend, videogames, movies, tv series, comics and books, internet and other personal projects), I hope you understand.

Now to address some individual posts:

I have to agree, most of the time they do a great job finding fonts, but when they cant... well, that just means the font is next to impossible to find.

Im using Adobe Illustrator for the vectors and Photoshop (with the Topaz Denoiser plug-in) to enhance the quality of the illustration in the scans. If you can do precise vectorizing I could use the help, maybe remaking the font or the "card type" icons.
Maybe we could try a test, if you can make it, then we can team up, how does that sound for you?
The trial is this: Use Illustrator (or any other vector based program) to remake the "card type" icon of this card. For extra points you could try to remake the "Weapon" font.
