It's pretty obvious it won't be.... The first one wasn't and GPD is emphasizing the whole sequel-card a lot... (Granted it's not a sequel).

Also translating the whole freaking text-heavy game and the voice acting to French, Spanish, German and Italian is reeeeaaally expensive and if it'd be localized, it'd be by a small company.

Pre-ordering it as soon as GameStop makes it available in their system.

So, GPD sold about 15k-ish units 3DS+Vita combined in Japan on its first week. Now, that might seem like a bad number but actually it's quite nice. 999 only sold 30k LIFETIME in Japan.

It's really only popular in the west so they would've been fools if it had not been localized.
