It should be worth noting that the mid-air LK Dankukyaku is godly when it comes to stuffing specials. Lariat-spamming Zangief? Jump forward and show him your Saikyo knee! Also, ending a match with the Legendary Taunt is the only way to truly win at SSFIV3D. Dan's Gadouken cancels into it, so there shouldn't be too much trouble as long as the opponent has really low health. Let the sheDANigans begin! |

Yahoooooooooo! Dan is Saikyo tier. When you're playing as him, throw a Gadoken at the beginning of the match and your opponent almost always underestimates you.

I never use HP Gadoukens unless I'm in a pinch. If you use shorter-ranged ones for most of the match, they tend to space themselves based on that. :b EDIT: Zomg, how did I not know that LK Danku>>>>Flash Kick? Tried it today and it was amazing: -Lite Guile Sonic Boom-spams. I counter by jumping forward and using jp. LK Danku. -Lite Guile tries to Flash Kick, but gets beaten by the above. -I use grounded LK Knee, he blocks and uses Flash Kick again, which I block and HP > HK Danku punish. -This repeats several times. ![]() -He manages to grab me, and starts backing away with Sonic Boom-spam again. -I jump over and use jp. LK Danku again. -Guile uses Ultra, which gets beaten. -He backs away again and Sonic Boom-spams again. -_- -Of course, I jump and use LK Danku again just as... -...he uses his Super, which also gets beaten. Guy ragequitted after he lost the first round. Wish I took a picture. Last edited by OmegaZero; 02-04-2012 at 01:37 AM. Reason: New discovery that may or may not be worth bumping a dead thread. |
