No, I can't find any scans of the interview, though it wasn't the main interview of the magazine, but I'll retype that part of the interview.

The question was right after they asked how he knows when to stop putting content in, since most of his games are packed with content.

NP: Along those lines, a lot of other publishers put out extra content in the form of DLC. What do you think of that approach?

Sakurai: I welcome DLC that is developed separately as a way to deepen a game experience, like the added content in Fallout 3 that allows players to continue to enjoy the game's world after the ending. Conversely, I'm opposed to to the sort of DLC where players have to buy the keys to unlock content that had already been developed. Of coruse, I understand there can be a very fine line between the two.

The thing that makes me not worry about the DLC being unfair to the players is that Sakurai actually cares about the gamers, as he himself is a gamer. He knows what its like to be screwed over with DLC by a company, and he doesn't want his games to be guilty of that. He wouldn't allow Nintendo to make DLC that is bad, or unfair to the players, and even if they did, he would probably speak out, as he has done before when he worked at HAL.

They haven't said anything about this in awhile. I wonder if they're still doing it?

I really enjoyed the KI:U game (almost everyone does), and I wouldn't mind purchasing extra chapters. If they come with strong weapons, well that is a bonus then.
