Does Anyone Know If Its For Sure Coming Out.?

It's not confirmed. and if it does come out it will come out after the next Zelda (confirmed by Nintendo). It will be several years before it comes out, if it does.

Well it's been said by Nintendo IF it does come it will be after a new zelda game.

So it will probally be 3 or 4 years at the least until we get that game, maybe even longer.

It's being heavily considered by Nintendo, but they've said they want to release an original Zelda 3DS title (which is in early stages of development) before another remake.
