Blanka, or Guile?.
I mean I can deal with Bison and Deejay and Balrog, and most of the time Guile but still he's a pest. But BLANKA, damn. He's just literally one of the worst if not the worst match up for Deejay. He bounces so far back when I block his attacks the only thing I can do is Air slash but he'll block and either jump the next one and go for the punish. I get so close to winning every time but damn I gotta say, BLANKA IS OP IN DIS BI-.

If I end up playing Guile online, I'll just ragequit. There is no strategy used with him.

Well he isn't hard at all to fight with deejay (In my opinion.) Focus dash the sonic booms to scare the shi- out of him and when he flash kicks Crouching medium, Bait out that flash kick, catch him with the ex jack knife.

I main Fei Long so, both are pretty easy in my opinion; punishing Blanka Ball with Rekkas is too easy, man.

I would say Guile. N00bs love flash kicking too early, but every now and then a Guile somehow knows how to zone and I get Sonic Boom spammed to death.

I use Bison mainly because I can get close easily. When I fight Guile I ussualy teleport behind him and wait for him to use his flash kick. It's also possible to use Head Press to take them by supprise. I still need a good way to take out Blanka users effectifly. A timed Standing Heavy can stop a charging Blanka but it's hard.

Well timed gadokens with Dan work for me against Blanka.
Guile players are a problem due to my range though. Will try the focus dashing!
