| Well, yesterday I viseted some sites, but the system needed adobe flash player to run them... Is it possible to download on 3ds? If yes, what sould I do, to download it? I have tried adobe.com, but it has many choices and I don't know what to choose. Moreover, I'm afraid of damaging my console, in case that I mustn't add something like this... Please, help me! |

Yeah the browser doesn't support flash, so you cannot watch YouTube videos or go on certain websites. The only possible way to enable that function would be for Nintendo to send a browser update via SpotPass, but they have said nothing about that that I know of so it might not happen any time soon, if ever.

you can get flash actually. my friend has a cousin who loaded flash on his 3ds and it works just fine. i don't know how though. i'll try to find out, but if i had to guess i'd say you put it on an sd card but i'm not 100% sure

| No, this is not possible. However, you can manually download YouTube videos to your computer and convert them to a form the 3DS recognizes. Perhaps your friend's cousin just did this.

We aren't likely to get it either seeing as Adobe are phasing out FLASH for mobile devices. Even the PS Vita doesn't have it, with rumours suggesting Sony might be trying to haggle for it. It seems doubtful considering the browser itself is utter crap especially when you realise that the hardware its running is twice as fast as the best smartphone. I would love to see flash for the 3DS. The only reason I keep this piece of crap computer is because I need it to watch YouTube. The second I can do that on my 3DS, computer goes bye bye.
