something similar happen to me aswell. i bought a psp game it was so strange that they open the box when i hand it over to them and they just put the umd in it gave it to me. i check on youtube if it came with a code or something but it didn't you should also check youtube.

I got wipeout for the vita new there since target didn't have it ans since i didn't pre order, I got the display box with a new copy of the game. Anyways, the online pass was still in there so it must not be a company wide policy to remove those.
