on the website: nintendo 3DS I need help getting apps and games elsewhere. What should I do to get new games?

1.go to a store and buy them
2.go to the eShop on your 3DS (comes with update of your 3ds console) and buy it from there, there are a few free demo's of games u could download before buying them at a retail store. thats it.

Well, there's a few good games on the Eshop you could try out,(The Eshop comes in a update by the way).

Or just go to a shop and buy the proper games.

That's how you act towards someone you think there might be something wrong with? They're probably just young or don't speak English very well.

Everyone knows you purchase things from shops. Everyone, and their not too young if they can access the internet, sign up, and learn to participate in the forums.
And their English is alright so I don't see what that has to do with anything...

Go to your nearest game store and buy one.
Open your 3DS, go to eShop and download some games.
And by the way, you need to add funds first on the eShop.
