I'm playing on Hell difficulty and I'm stuck at the part where you have to carry Parker off the ship. I'm out of herbs and I can't seem to get very far because I can't scan, kill, or dodge enemies. Does anyone have any tips before I start a new game?

You can use a handgun I think while carrying Parker....
I have finished the game on Normal and getting into Hell mode soon so idk exactly how it is....

No herbs? Ouch.

Yeah, you're gonna have to depend on headshots on that part where you turn off the steam.
