I have 6 street passes most of which i obtained when i went to to 'china town' in london. sum guy in my plaza population has got 59 street pass hits o.0 like woah.

So yesterday we went to a Red Sox game and of course I brought my 3DS with us......
Guess what?.... Not a single SP hit all day long walking around downtown Boston and then in and around Fenway!!!! I thought for sure that out of the 37,000 people there that I would get at least 1 hit. Boo! |

I'm going to street pass meet up sometime this month. But street pass in nyc is not the greatest. I was tabling in a park where people were constantly passing me for about 4 hours, not one hit. Then on my train ride home I get an random hit.

Alright I'm gonna join the group that says that Streetpass doesn't work for the US. I walked 7000 steps around philadelphia today and got 1 streetpass hit.
1. tho i cant complain cuz my friend tim has a 3DS at school and we streetpas eachother each day. We then exchange conversation about it. It's pretty fun |

On Sunday I was walking on the street and I managed to pass by two kids (aged maybe 10 and 12) with their 3DS in hands! I was all "Yes, finally a streetpass!", I got my 3DS and looked at it, no green light. DAMN kids forgot to turn their streetpass on! And I even got to pass by them again 45 minutes later, on the opposite direction, and of course, no sp. I was too embarassed to ask them about it - they had their parents with them, what would they think if a 29 year old man started to harass their kids at the street?
BUT! Yesterday, I was at the office, and it seems that as I was leaving, I managed to get a streetpass! Yay! So I got my first one, finally. And I even managed to win my first figure match on SF4! |

I remember my first street pass. I was at work towards the end of my seven hour shift of glorious shirt folding. I took out of my 3DS to play a quick round of SSF4, it was incredibly slow that day, and boom. Some guy named Jonathan apparently walked past me not even a half hour before hand. o_O

I have a total of 9 hits and 9 Miis. On the weekend I went to the mall twice and got a total of 6. I find it's very effective to walk into video game stores, the employees usually have a 3DS of their own. On the two separate days I had got 2 hits from one guy, he was an EB Games employee named Tom. What I also noted is that Street Pass took a about a minute to work, I went into the EB Games and after a minute I'd lost hope but then the beautiful green light flashed onto the 3DS, filling my heart with joy and excitement. Thank you Nintendo. :')

Good things come in three's, and yes, I got my first 3 in one yesterday when I went walking around town
Two identified themselves, they were Gamestation store staff, and another (who would have been the first) didn't make a mention. But he looked to have already unlocked a rather cool hat. I also like the little introduction you get from them, and they tell you a bit about themselves, and what game they've been playing most. Brilliant. |

I think it happened sometime between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, which is really strange since I was teaching in the classroom then and was not in a highly-populated location. I will translate the screens below to the best of my ability (cool, I packed on a few Japanese vocabulary words while doing the translation)...

I got my full Play Coin amount in a walk from my first class at college to my next one, which is literally across a courtyard. I understand Nintendo wanting to pace it, but some kind of reward for us who walk a LOT, like you advise us to, would be nice.
Maybe unlocking a second ten play coins after 10,000 steps? |

I've meet one guy during the official London street pass meet up 21 May who had over 120 Miis. Its that guy whos sitting on my left (am the tall handsome 6 foot tall dude whos quite fit in red tshirt). I am HAPPY RICH! Just saying if hot girls like Olive were wondering whos who... and wanted to mii with me on the weekend or whenever...game they play. Am up for tournaments. I am also the one who kicked everyones ass on SSF4 during our tournament.

Trouble is, that doesn't mean much in terms of hits most days... I have been bringing my 3DS to my job at the mall since last Monday, and so far have gotten only two StreetPass hits. Early yesterday afternoon, I had only three StreetPass hits...
Walking around in Nagoya Station changed all that... Now I have 40. Yep, that's right. It took me two weeks to get three StreetPass hits in the small city of Yokkaichi, but less than two days in Nagoya and Tokyo got me 37. No joke. |

I went to a convention this past weekend and came home with plaza of 133 and StreetPass hits totaling 226... Pretty freaking sweet.
I finished all the puzzles, finished Find Mii and got most of the way through a second play through resulting in a bunch more hats.

So I went to a GameStop today and the demo unit there didn't have SP set up and it wouldn't let me access the Home Menu!!!! Ahhh!!!!
Oh and none of the employees had 3DS's with them. And..... they also didn't have any Used 3DS games worth buying!!! Waste of time, yet again. |

HAHA i got one in VG donuts today...very unusual
Added after 2 minutes: Funny thing is when you get a street pass hit (ive only gotten two one at the Frys elec. store and VG donuts) you freak out and go AWSOME! Then you end up only messin with there guy for like 2 minutes haha

I'm heading over to Nagoya Station tomorrow. I have a few missions for Nagoya, mainly:
1. Post some flyers at local universities and see if anyone wants to do a Japanese/English language exchange with me. 2. Walk around Nagoya Station for at least a couple of hours and farm StreetPass hits. Currently, I'm on the final boss of Surechigai Densetsu (first playthrough) and I think I can get enough StreetPass hits in Nagoya Station to defeat him. He has 150 HP and most Miis are only Level 1, but Nagoya Station is a virtually unlimited source of Miis, so I'm pretty sure I can beat him tomorrow anyway. Then I'll get the crown for my Mii. Though to be honest, I like the Samus hat better. By the way, the second playthrough hats are awesome. Especially the Ultimate Hat and the Bowser Hat. I have one Mii with the Ultimate Hat. It's horned and is actually animated! 3. See some cool stuff in Nagoya and take photos and blog about it. Any suggestions? |

I was wondering to myself "Are all train stations in Japan a bonanza for StreetPass hits like Nagoya Station is?"
So I checked Wikipedia and got my answer. "It is the world's largest train station by floor area (410,000 m?)" "An average of 1,140,000 people used it per day in 2005, making it the 6th busiest station in Japan." I guess I can see why Nagoya is so StreetPass hit-rich. "6th busiest station in Japan" essentially means "6th best place in the world to get StreetPass hits." |

I took my 3DS to Universal Orlando on Saturday, We spent 4 hours in the Hollywood Studios park for 4 hours and not a single hit, then went over to Islands of Adventure and I got a streetpass hit in the first 5 minutes. I only got 1 more hit the rest of the day about 3 hours later in the Hogwarts area. Anyway, we got suckered into buying season passes, so I have a year to keep trying for more. Also, I had well over 16,000 steps on the pedometer and over 9,000 on a seperate pedometer I had worn during my overnight shift before we went to the parks.
Next week I think we're going to Star Wars Weekends at Disney. Hopefully I'll get some hits there, if not, I'll still get some awesome 3D photos. |

So, I woke up this morning, anxious to watch the E3 conference. I go over to my 3DS and I see a green notification light. "What's this?" I thought. I'd never gotten a Street Pass before, so I thought this was some sort of new System Notification. I checked it and, sure enough, it was a Street Pass! My first ever!!! I live right on the square on Main Street in a small town. I don't know if she is one of my neighbors who got a 3DS, or if it was someone driving by, but I thank you GreenPixie, whoever you are. I hope we Street Pass again!

Saturday was a BONANZA!!!
I went to Nagoya Station and got 77 StreetPass hits between 2:00 and 7:53 PM when I turned off the wireless to save the last ounce of power! No joke! I basically just walked around the station in an elliptical pattern for several hours. I'd start at the Sakura-dori Exit (probably the most crowded part of the station) behind the escalator and walk to the other side of the station with the big Seiko clock, then back. I was able to complete every single puzzle in Puzzle Swap! Yes!!! I got over 30,000 steps for the day! Unfortunately, for all that, I'm still stuck on the final boss of the second playthrough of Find Mii. I've already finished the game once, but now I'm playing through it one more time to get the cooler hats. While I was in the Station, I got stuck in that dark portion of the game where your Mii warriors are dismissed from battle unless one is wearing a white shirt. I actually approached this dude with a Nintendo 3DS and asked him to change the color of his shirt so I could clear that area -- he complied! However, for some reason, our 3DSes simply wouldn't communicate with each other, and we were unable to get a StreetPass hit off of each other. Weird! However, the dude was very nice. His name is Kohei and he is a salaryman at a company that makes juice vending machines. He has over 200 StreetPass hits, and knows a guy with 2K+ (easily possible if you walk through Nagoya Station every single day since launch). |

I'm in Boston now visiting my in-laws, and I setup a Steetpass Day at Patriot's Place (A shopping center in Foxboro that's connected to the New England Patriot's stadium).
I arrive at 3pm and hang out around the Gamestop. No one shows up. Taylor Swift was playing at the stadium, so while I'm waiting at Gamestop, a million 13-year-old girls are hooting and hollering up and down Patriot's Place. I figured to wait a little longer. Maybe one of these millions of insane tweenies will have a 3DS. Still nothing. I waited for 3 hours and didn't get a single hit. I miss Tokyo, and I can't wait to go back. |

Man, same thing happened to me. I really wanted OoT and every single copy at every single video game retailer was out in my city on the release day. I had no idea the 3DS was even big at all in my city. That's why I assumed I'd never get a Streetpass hit. The only hits I have got were all from adults though, so that's pretty funny.

I currently have 264 StreePasses, of which 252 are unique people.
I have noticed that my number of StreetPasses has gone up significantly in the last couple of months. When I first got the system, I was lucky to get one hit per week even when I brought it to work (at my English conversation school in Mie-ken, Japan). Now I routinely get a few each day. I have completed StreetPass Quest four times. So now I'm just building up Play Coins and wondering what the heck to do with them. |

Here in the Philippines i'm really sad that only a few peepz have 3DS coz they are Sony Fanboys jeez. I hope that'll change before Christmas.

now that I have completed all the puzzles and gotten all the hats not sure if there is any point to getting streetpasses anymore. Unless it can get me the last few Pokemon I can't download.

I ususally have one or two hits when I'm going downtown. Had about 60 at Gamescom Cologne.
But when I take it to work, though there are a whole lot of schoolkids with me on the train, I only had one hit until now.

Currently, I have 278 StreetPass hits, with 264 unique Miis. What can I say? In Japan, getting StreetPass hits is like shooting fish in a barrel. I got over 70 in one day by walking around Nagoya Station for several hours.

I got my 3DS back in early May, I still only have three, and I didn't get my first one until late-mid June.
I also believe that first one was just a display demo. The other two I think were real people, but still it's kind of unexciting how little I run into others. |

I got two this weekend, finally. Both at my local mall. One was from a fellow in GA and the other was from a gentleman from CA. Is it just me, or is seeing a StreetPass notification really exciting?

I just defeted the final ghost thing on Findmii, and have all puzzles completed. I only have 19 Miis, but I have 68 tags. Hopefully Nintendo releases a sequel or something, because I love Streetpass a lot and am sad that I'm all done...
