Exactly, so the Pokemon type should be included as well. Saying Milotic used Blizzard is pretty much the same as Blizzard. It doesn't have to be a Milotic, it can be anything that uses blizzard. Saying Koffing used Flamethrower, doesn't necessarily mean Koffing. It can be any flamethrower.
