Well, there's been a lot of talk for this year's E3. Will it live up to the hype? I personally think it has to meet a crap-ton of expectations, or people are going to rage at Nintendo. We're getting the Wii 2, but what about 3DS? I'd really like to see some of the new games for it, but what if there aren't many?

And please, for the love of murphy, don't post a reply saying "OMGROFL THIS YEARZ E3 IS GONNA BE GREAT YOU'LL SEE LOLCHEEZE", that's extremely stupid.

I don't think E3 will be a dissappointment for either Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo.

Nintendo has the 3DS to look forward to, Microsoft is still doing well with their Kinect, and Sony may come out with their NGP.

Although, I am always rooting for Nintendo over the rest.

E3 will be quite fine. With the successor to the Wii coming (not to mention a playable version) and all the upcoming AAA 3DS games, and Skyward Sword, and the eShop, it'll be awesome and Nintendo will steal the thunder of the show once again.

I don't believe it will flop as nintendo is showing of a new console which is always exciting, new 3ds games, a couple of wii games. Also Microsoft and Sony will have some nice show as well. So this year e3 should be great.

I think that they'll have previews and release dates for 3DS games, and maybe announce a few new first party ones.

I personally think E3 will be very good this year, and we have exciting things to look forward to, with every E3. I hope I will be able to watch every E3 live this year, just like I try to do every year. going to be sweet to see them live again, cant wait!

I am with you on watching it live . I watched the nintendo e3 live last year and i was excited. But i was in a summer program in a college so was only able to watch- not hear- part of the live stream.

NGP, Wii 2, probably some cool announcements for current systems...

E3 is never a disappointment.

That's too bad xD But at least you could see videos and reprises later But you dont get the same feeling you get when you know you are watching it live, and it happens in that moment

Unless your hype level is at ungodly levels, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I definitely think that all eyes are going to be on Nintendo this e3.

I don't think E3 will let us down.

Nintendo will be top dog this year for sure, thanks to some 3DS announcements, but mostly thanks to the Project Cafe reveal. Whether or not it is something people will love or hate doesn't matter, Nintendo will still be the talk of the show.

Microsoft...I have no idea. All we can really bet on them revealing is:

Alan Wake 2
Halo HD re-release
Gears 3 campaign
MW3

There is a lot of stuff they can do, thanks to a lot of varied and well recieved franchises they have, it's just a matter of if they will. Out of the 3, I'd say Microsoft is going to be the most unpredictable.

Sony will be last place this year, I think. I'm sure they could hit us with some random, beloved PS3 game, something like a Sly 4, but in all honesty, we know (most) of their ball game of the rest of this year when it comes to the PS3. I think the NGP will make or break their showing, but even if it makes it, I still think they'll be the least exciting this year.

I'm expecting this to be one of the better E3s.

At this point I'm just trying to keep myself from getting over-hyped. I do not expect E3 2011 to disappoint at all.

Considering some of the games and system(s) we're expecting, I can't see it being dissapointing...

i feel like sony and nintendo will be good. but honestly microsoft is starting to decline, they have no mobile gaming (besides windows phone) and their hardware is very lacking

I just hope the wii gets some new games announced or more information about the new kirby game and rhythm heaven for it. With project cafe or whatever it is going to be called hopefully it wont steal the spotlight from the wii.
