I have a bad feeling that nintendo won't show a new regular pokemon game at e3( Example: pokemon black.) THere is news that a new pokemon game is coming,I think it will be something like pokepark or a pokemon arcade. I think this because i read an article about expectations of the next 3ds pokemon game, and it did have a good point. Nintendo can probably use every feature they can use such as game coins, AR cards, streetpass, and online play. One feature they probably thought of is hooking up to the project cafe, with project cafe having something like a pokemon colleseum game. Also, nintendo can do something cool, with different type of graphics and gameplay. These are the only two reasons i can think of that they won't reveil a new pokemon game until the next year or so. AG battling with Pokemon would be cool. BUT I would like the next Pokemon game to be 3D, like the way Mario 64 and Galaxy were. Think about it. How would they do a traditional Pokemon game with the 3D working well? And not like a XD game or what-not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Pok?mon game turn out to be a Japan only arcade game, or was that something else?

There's supposed to be a second game revealed maybe sometime in June. But yeah. The first one was Battrio.

I, with many people, would welcome a new Pok?mon Snap on the 3DS that incorporates every generation/region/etc. Maybe we could have a little Mii integration, and....photos traded via StreetPass, anyone?

Yeah dont get your hopes up on this one. Unless they blow us all out of the water in an attempt to try and change tradition and announce a new Pokemon game for launch with Cafe, done right, that can do things with the new pokemon game for the 3DS.

They just need to do away with the 16-bit style sprites and bring things in to the polygonal world. Almost EVERY RPG that originated in the 2D plane has evolved into a polygonal 3D plane. Why oh why is pokemon being so stubborn about evolving too (no pun intended).

They can keep pretty much everything the same but they need to give the look of it a major facelift.

I want this as well. The problem is that most old school Pokemon fans won't like this idea. A major face lift would be amazing. Maybe figuring out some way to use Pokemon with the AR Cards.

I don't know why, but I got a feeling in my gut that says that the new Pokemon game is going to be the sequel to Pokemon Snap and it is going to involve using the gyroscope for turning.

Maybe pokemon mystery dungeon 3DS? This time with pokemon from Unova/Isshu region.

I personally want a new Pokemon Snap-like game; I still think it would be to early to release Grey... dropping the Pokemon Bomb so early on the systems life could be risky...

I'm not expecting much anyway so there's no chance I'll be disapointed :P
The best that could happen is a new snap game. I'm pretty sure they won't announce another main game.

I guess I am what you could consider like an old school fan and trust me, I'd MUCH rather a completely 3D pokemon adventure than AR cards battles. Ar cards are cool but it's not really useful or even practical.
The pokemon franchise has barely evolved (hehe) over the years and I think it is about time that they do something fresh with the main series. A 3D adventure while keeping the same basic formula in general (and maybe a a storyline a bit more developed as well) would be the best way to do that I think.

Meh, I really don't care for Pokemon. Mudkips and Pikachu are cool though.

I have to agree that AR has no place as a main function of the core series, but I do think it would be cool to have it as an option in multiplayer. It would be there for people who are curious, but anyone who wants nothing to do with AR (at least in Pok?mon) can completely ignore it.

Well as im excited for a new pokemon game, there never have been revealed or have a playable demo or anything at E3, sorry but that seems to be the way it goes, it wish it wasnt since im a huge fan

XD was shown at E3 if I remember right, so if this is a game along the lines of that like I think it is, I wouldn't be surprised.

I don't even care what it is (if it happens). I will buy it if it starts with "P" and ends with "okemon!"

With 3DS sales being slow as fk after the initial release and pre-order batch (all probably due to the software) one would think that Nintendo would try and get a new pok?mon game out asap.

But yea, I guess you don't rush quality xP
