Nothing like that will be happening.

This is purely a Nintendo 3DS event. It's solely to show people the 3D effects, and get the word out about the product. They will not distract anyone with any other announcements. Or any announcements at all, really. I suspect they'll just be doing the demonstration with no new information revealed other than perhaps the launch titles in Japan and a few more game details.

I'm happy with that, because I only want news about the 3DS and nothing else

It already is pretty feature packed with goodness.

Don't be surprised if something is hinted about a Wii succesor. When the Wii came out in 2006, only 15% of American households, according to Reggie (President Nintendo America), had HD TVs. As we now know, nearly everyone has HD TVS now, and Nintendo fans are craving a high definition system with more third party support for a change.

Not going to happen at this event. Not even a hint.

Nintendo has not been hinting at a new Wii recently. In fact, they've said the opposite. This is a 3DS event. Console stuff will not be there.

Your argument may be true, but they won't reveal anything here. That's for an E3 or a console-centric event.

They have been talking about the Wii successor for some time now.

I think theres not gonna even Hint a new home console till around 2012.

Everything 3ds , all others count , games don`t count as other.

If I do recall, September 29th was also a "Nintendo 3DS Only Event" and we still got Wii Remote Plus out of it, so don't rule non 3DS information out yet. Of course, if you can prove me wrong then go right ahead.

That's a good point , maybe we could get a Ds game or something but just because the 3ds demonstration was going to be at Nintendo World 2011 doesn't mean nothing else at all.

I dont really care about anything else Nintendo other than the 3DS at the moment. So anything else they announce, unless it involves a new game that I didnt expect and may WANT, then just 3DS info for me please.

I want the release date, price, launch titles, and prices of those launch titles.

That is America only. Worldwide is the 75 mil number or so.

Well , e3 had people filming and stuff so maybe.

It's not really a presentation, just a place with 3DS's set-up for people to try the games and leave. So like the E3 show floor, not the presentation auditorium things. "nintendo world 2011 体験会" (a event of sorts where you get to experience something for yourself)

Think it will be only the 3DS. If they got the Wii 2 ready they will show it off in E3.
