I'd love to hear more about the 3DS Shop, for example. Iwata describes it as a service that "pushes" software to you based on recommendations. This sounds pretty interesting, and then he NEVER MENTIONS IT AGAIN. EA Sports mentioned at E3 that there would be friends lists, and again never mentioned again. Idk there's probably even more stuff they need to elaborate on.

We will definitely get new info. Reggie Fils-Aime already confirmed that aside from all the news we want, like release date and price, they will also be showing new features and content at the January 19th event.

Friend Lists? Could be related to Mii StreetPass Plaza, where you add your friend as a Mii. As for recommendations.. I have no idea.. maybe it's based on your download history.

Actually, he said that we will also get additional launch details, meaning not just a price and release date probably even a launch list.. And we'll also most likely get a trailer too. FINALLY AN ENGLISH TRAILER HORAH!

But seriously, Nintendo has a ton of loose ends to tie up, and this is the last conference where they're presenting the 3DS before launch.

So, I expect the floodgates to open.

Well,this is the last conference before the Japan launch,so i expect launch details for the rest of the world,a few trailers,the launch lineup and details about the system itself,street pass,the sound system,the mii plaza and other stuff like that,also maybe some info about the games and etc.I also expect that they will show the same things they showed at Nintendo World 2011,but in English.
