Just a small announcement for you all. The staff has decided to set up some new guidelines on making Official Threads. You can check them out for yourself here. The new guidelines can be found under the section Special notes on OTs. Please take the time to look over the new guidelines if you are thinking of making an OT. Since there are quite a few OTs out there already that go against the new guidelines, the guidelines will not be applied retroactively. Instead these guidelines will only apply to OTs that have not yet been posted. Thanks for your time.

The 3 week rule is kind of odd, but understandable. The fact that it can be 3 weeks before any region makes up for it, since Japanese launches tend to happen months before the localized version.
