Talking LGTB gamers?

Well I'm just curious to see if there are any LGTB (Lesbian Gay Trans Bi) gamers on this site. I'm bi (not really I'm gay) and would like to make more friends. No you don't have to be LGTB to be my friend, I'm just curious... anyways, comment?
If you wanna add on 3DS too just let me know n_n

No rude comments plz, I really like this site, I'm sure everyone is mature on here.

That's true. Now that you've brought it up I'm kinda curious about the LGBTQ gamer ratio.

Srsly Q is auto censored? It's a legitimate word. O_o

Im not sure of the ratio, don't think many people would put themselves out there xD

Yeah I know Q is also an insult (and that f ag is a bundle of sticks/cigarette) it's just... I rarely see that one being used legitimately while Q I see a decent amount because of it's broad scope... Gender, etc. So I was a bit surprised.

It seems like I've assumed correctly for once. Lol

I don't think anyone was debating its origins. The fact is that "***" is indeed used as a derogatory word against homosexuals.

Don't ever worry about what others think of you. When I changed my name to "TheGaymer", I was met with a lot of homophobia (as well as positive feedback) which led me to changing my name again. At the time, I couldn't handle the homophobia because I was going through things. But now I couldn't care less because I am proud of who I am!

I agree with Gaymer, the more you care the more it hurts. Honestyl, I could give 2 S#!+s about what anyone has to say about me.. simply because in the end I have my mom supporting me, my siblings love me, I'm still me, my friends, and my soon to be boyfriend :P

Those people make my day, not strangers at a store or a site. They don't pay my bills, they don't even know my real name. However, I always appreciate support from wherever it comes from.

haha as for the avatar NiteFang... try skittles

They would probably say I'm trying too hard. I don't know lol. My parents suck at accepting things.. Or something like that. Maybe I should change my background to something very gh3y and let them "catch" me with it. (My mind is full of derp.. don't ask lol)

But seriously.. I can't mention anything gay or anything else like that without them saying "I don't think you're gay."

You remind me of an internet friend I used to have... He accidentally came out as transgender and his parents thought he was trying too hard to act like a guy.

Anyways, it sounds like your parents are saying that because they're in denial. It's not necessarily they don't believe/trust you, it's that they don't WANT to. They're probably a little phobic and will need some time to let it sink in that it's not a phase or anything. Don't act anyway out of the normal but whenever they hint at straightness, deny it, etc.

its normal, parents usually dont expect that kind of things to actually happen to them: they think is some "phase" or you're confused, etc. same happened with my mother, years ago, at first she was shocked, now she's all comprehensive and supports me...

just give them some time to understand, dont pressure them to accept you!! just be yourself and act as usual, then that kind of topics simply appear at any moment: conversations, tv, etc. they also may be afraid of you becoming a ***, a transvestite or whatever you wanna imagine; some people dont understand that's a silly and old clich? that's not that common, you're still the same guy you have always beign...

in a nutsell: give it some time i tell by experience

Well, have you done anything straight lately?
Make out with any women? Take a girl out on a date?
Maybe they think you're straight because you do straight things? :O

Hi, I'm also a part of the LGBT, but I'll keep to myself exactly which, because attention I would get.

Hopefully that doesn't make this post seem pointless.

Maybe he just doesn't follow the stereotype? Not all homosexual males are feminine. My friends had a hard time believing I was gay as well.

I'm not LBGT, but I did used to be friends with a transsexual person.

We had a disagreement about her boyfriend's sexual orientation. She was claiming he's a straight male, but I just couldn't see how a guy who is in love and has sexual intercourse with a girl who has male reproductive organs could claim to be straight.

Maybe I'm just ignorant about those kind of things? But my opinion on the whole thing ruined our friendship. It was quite disappointing to have that friendship end.

Situations like that are very delicate. I would probably feel the same way as you in your situation. But it sucks to lose friends that way. Sorry for your loss.

We were friends for like, four years. I always felt like I should have just told my friend what she wanted to hear, then maybe we'd still be friends, but who knows.

All I did was be honest in the least offensive way I could. It's just really difficult to be friends with certain people. Especially ones can't handle honest opinions on certain subjects.

I never quite understood the whole transgender/transsexual thing quite well. I seem to offend people often due to this.. and its not that I'm ignorant. Because I'm not, its not my intention to offend. Rather, its because I just don't know. I simply, do not know. I try my hardest to understand everyone tho, its just hard to do when your also trying to learn Japanese @_@

I don't really like all these labels.. why can't I just be Mario? (that's my real name)

Does liking girly stuff count as feminine, or is it only acting like it?

Oh and this reminds me about this day at school. We had this cross dressing day and I almost was going to dress as a girl but then I was like "oh **** I'm gonna get my ass kicked", so I didn't.

Honestly, I don't consider liking "girly" things as feminine. :P We all like different things. I meant by how the person carries themselves. Does that make any sense? Haha. As for the cross-dressing day, I had that during high school as well. I personally didn't do it because I wouldn't feel comfortable, but it was good for laughs.

I bought all the things I needed for it too LOL. Another reason I didn't do it is because I could not pass as a girl at all.

No. In fact, If I was pansexual I would want attention. Seriously, though, I don't really buy the term the way that I see most people use it these days.

I don't mean to go off on some great tangent, however, I'm beginning to find the term's use to be quite pretentious. I thought that it just meant that one was attracted to all genders, including transgendered people. That is fine, but what I'm noticing is a great number of self-proclaimed 'pansexuals' acting like they're such great gifts from god because they don't judge people based on gender.

All I'm seeing in them are bisexuals or otherwise with really low sex drive levels. I don't think we need a separate term for that.

Oops... Big tangent. Sorry, the term 'pansexual' has just bothered me recently. I could be getting the wrong vibe, though.

No they're not bisexuals with low sex drives... that would be panromantic. But you're right, some people do act pretentious about it. :/
From wiki:
"Pansexuality, also referred to as omnisexuality,[1] refers to the potential for sexual attraction, sexual desire, romantic love, or emotional attraction towards persons of all gender identities and biological sexes.[2][3] Self-identified pansexuals may refer to themselves as gender-blind?that gender and sex are insignificant or irrelevant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others."

So there seems to be two different kinds of pansexual because it includes both sexual and romantic desire, which is why it leads to a lot of confusion. I mean, it's actually SIMPLE at this point if all you're thinking of is Pan A can sexually desire anyone and Pan B can romantically desire anyone. I mean, what about hetero and homosexuals who happen to be panromantic? Must be confusing where you get crushes or love someone who you're not even sexually attracted to...

But yeah, that's a whole different tangent. My first thought was that you're probably trans. :P

im genderflux, which is like your gender changes in intensity, for me it fluctuates from somewhere on the female spectrum, over to agender (which is like no gender...)
